All orders are shipped using a tracked and secure delivery service. Shipping times are based on when your order is dispatched, not when it is placed.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and secure.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery.
If your address is not secure, we recommend:
- Shipping to an address where someone is available
- Using a workplace or trusted location
- Choosing a parcel locker or PO box
If your package is marked as delivered but goes missing, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
