Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
To start a return, please email support@avero.clothing with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
If you are returning an item due to change of mind, we do not offer cash refunds. You will receive either:
- Store credit, or
- An exchange (if the requested item/size is in stock)
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return packages.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. Store credit or exchanges will be issued after the item has been approved.
SIZE EXCHANGES
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the requested size is in stock.
If the desired size is not available, the item may be returned for store credit only.
We do not guarantee availability of sizes for exchanges, as inventory may change.
INELIGIBLE RETURNS
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions
- Items showing signs of normal wear and tear
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us at support@avero.clothing within a reasonable timeframe and include clear photos of the issue.
If the fault is confirmed, you are eligible for:
- A replacement (if available)
- A full refund
- Store credit
We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items. Once the item is received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.
WRONG ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with photos as soon as possible.
You will be offered:
- A replacement
- A full refund
- Store credit
We will cover return shipping costs in this case. Processing times are the same as listed above.
RETURN SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
All returns must be clearly labeled and shipped as “returned goods.”
If a return is incorrectly declared and customs charges or import fees are applied, these costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any additional charges caused by incorrect return labeling.
